Inspiration Room Opening
In our habitat, Hagerbach Test Gallery - Home of Mission Earth First, the "Inspiration Room" has been opened recently. Visitors have the opportunity to experience the potential of underground space to contribute to the UN SDG "Zero Hunger". Workshops, open dialogues with live-streaming options and other dedicated events can be arranged.
As a newly awarded research infrastructure of national importance, we have been providing the space and expertise to turn visions into innovations for over 50 years.
Whether building material tests, CO₂ reduction projects or space research: researchers and developers from all over the world use our research infrastructure. They carry out cutting-edge research, training and 1:1 tests in 25,000 m² of tunnels, laboratories, caverns and test fields or use the fascinating underground world for events of a different kind.
